SMKN 5 Surabaya trusted assemble Kanzen Taurus

According to the daily news column news Surya Surabaya on Friday July 22, 2011, explaining that students Programs Automotive SMKN 5 Surabaya asked to assemble a dirt bike Kanzen Taurus.
The school is getting the task of assembling Kanzen is assembling a second, the first task students Automotive SMKN 5 Surabaya have assembled 50 units of Kanzen Pesona and Ultima Imperio and called the National Motor production, this is according to information from Drs Hartadi as Chairman of Program Automotive of SMKN 5 Surabaya.
The results assembling from students of Automotive SMKN 5 Surabaya has been sold for Rp.7.600.000, – per unit of as many as 47 units and is also biased installments Rp.200.000, – per month.
According to Mr Suparman who is teacher of SMKN 5 Surabaya, who bought the motorcycle Kanzen first assembling who explain that the engine assembly is good and the tough thing to note is the front brake and muffler is rusted fast.
As it gets good reception from the community then the next program to students, Kanzen gives task to assemble 20 units Automotive Motorcycles KanzenTaurus
To prepare for assembling motorcycle Kanzen Taurus then Drs.Hartadi specialized training has prepared her students about the motorcycle assembly.

Inverter Circuit 12VDC to 220VAC

This inverter circuit changes 12 Volt DC voltage to 22o Volt AC voltage

The inverter circuit uses CMOS 4047 IC that serves as

astable multivibrator which produces a square signal on pin 10 and pin 11.
The output of IC 4047 is amplified by a transistor circuit
Darlington T1 and T2 that results to feed to the transformer (2 X

10V/60VA) and produce an output transformer of 220 volt AC .

have 2 pieces of mini-amplifier. The Stereo Headphone Amplifier circuit

has a low capability and low distortion and noise has

Transistor Tester

Transistor tester is a simple electronic circuit that is useful to examine or test the condition of the transistor is good or faulty. The transistor tester circuit can be used to test the transistor NPN or PNP. The circuit is composed of oscillator circuit using a NAND gate IC CD4011 and 2 LEDs as status indicators in measuring transistor. The transistor tester circuit can use the power supply voltage 3VDC to 5VDC. Here is a picture of the transistor tester circuit in question.

The working principle of the transistor tester circuit is to provide a bias on the base of the transistor which in turn indicators LED test for a given pulse oscillator circuit. For example we test the NPN transistor, then when the pin 10 IC CD4011 then current will flow to the LEDs D1 through the transistor to pin 4 IC CD4011 is a logic 0 (NAND Gate). And at pin 10 Pin 4 High Low and then detained by the transistor current and not in the stream to D2 (NPN) and so on LED D1 will blink when the NPN transistor is in the test conditions. D2 LED indicator for PNP transistor tester.
